  • 1 potato
  • 5-6 slices of stale bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Ekin red lentils
  • 100 g white cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3-4 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
How is it done?
  1. Boil the potato and red lentils.
  2. After both ingredients are boiled, rinse them in cold water.
  3. Blend all the ingredients until they reach a puree consistency.
  4. Spread on toasted bread and garnish with parsley before serving.
