  • 1 kg diced beef
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp flaked red pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cups Ekin rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3.5 cups of hot water
  • Salt
How is it done?

Heat the pot and add olive oil.

First, place the meat in the pot.

Sauté it until the meat releases its juice and then absorbs it again, add the butter, spices and set aside.

For the rice dish, wash Ekin rice and drain it well.

Add oil to the pot.

Add the rice and sauté it on low heat until it becomes grainy.

Add salt.

Add water, reduce the heat, and cover with a lid.

After the rice has rested, place it on a serving plate, then arrange the meat on top.

Garnish it with chopped parsley and then serve it.
