Ekin Rice Salad with Turkey

Materials for the Recipe
  • 1 cup of Ekin rice
  • 3 pieces of turkey breast
  • 4 pieces of pickled cucumbers
  • Canned corn
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 50 g of peas
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
How is it done?
  1. Cook the turkey in a pot with enough water to cover it for 35-40 minutes.
  2. In a separate pot, boil the eggs.
  3. In a large bowl, take 1 cup of cooked rice or leftover rice dish.
  4. Shred the cooked turkey and add it on top of the rice.
  5. Also add boiled peas, chopped pickles and canned corn.
  6. Finely chop the greens, add spices and chopped eggs, and mix them well.
  7. Serve it on salad bowls.
