  • 1 kg Ekin rice
  • 4 cups of hot water
  • 2 drops of vinegar
How is it done?

Rinse the rice thoroughly until the water is clear.

Then take it to a bowl and add lukewarm water to cover it.

After adding 2 drops of vinegar to the water, let it rest for 1 hour.

After the time is up, rinse the rice again and drain it.

In a small saucepan, add the rice followed by 4 cups of boiling water.

Cook it on low heat with the lid on it for about 20 minutes and check it occasionally.

Puree the cooked rice by using a hand blender or a fine sieve.

Add breast milk or formula to achieve your desired consistency and mix it well.

Serve it warm.
