  • 1 cup Ekin red lentils
  • ½ cup Ekin fine bulgur
  • 2 cups of water
  • Mint
  • Parsley
  • Flaked red pepper
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumb
  • Egg
  • Vegetable oil
How is it done?
  1. After washing the red lentils thoroughly, put them in a pot.
  2. Add 1 cup of water and cook the lentils until they soften.
  3. Let the boiled lentils cool down.
  4. Take the cooled lentils on a mixing bowl, add the egg, flour and spices, and mix them well.
  5. In the meantime, heat the crepe pan.
  6. Grease the pan lightly with a paper towel or brush and pour the prepared lentil mixture into the hot pan.
  7. Shake the pan to spread the batter evenly across the pan.
  8. Cook it until the edges start to separate from the pan.
  9. Use a spatula to lift it up and make sure that the bottom is cooked, then flip it over and cook it for another 1-2 minutes.
  10. Serve it with parsley and breakfast salad.
