Necessary Materials for the Recipe
2 cups red lentils
2 eggs
2.5 cups water
200 g white cheese
50 g grated cheddar cheese
4-5 sprigs of green onions
Half a bunch of parsley
Half a bunch of dill
4 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Nigella seeds
Sesame seeds
How is it done?
Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and boil them.
Take the boiled lentils off the heat and add butter while they are still hot, and stir until the butter melts.
Break the eggs into the lentils, chop the greens and dried tomatoes finely and mix them in.
Add the cheese and yogurt, then add the spices and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with cumin seeds and sesame seeds, then bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for about 30 minutes, and serve warm.
